Looking for instructions,how to make a witch decoration,using a Clorox bottle,and trash bag?

I use to make this in the 80’s.The bottle is the body. Trash bag is her costume. I think the hands and face are bought at craft store.Do not remember how it goes together.would appreciate your help.THANKS!

I don’t know if this is what you remember but I would make them the same way I make ghosts and aliens: Put the clorox bottle in the one corner of bag and tie or tape it closed around the spout. The bottle is now the witch’s head with the pointy corner acting as her hat. The ends of the bag flowing down is her body/dress. Paint or glue a face. You can either poke a hole and add a hanger to display her or put a gardening pole through the spout and into the ground to hold her up.
In case anyone is wondering, you can also do aliens by using green plastic table cloths and ghosts by using white trash bags or white plastic table cloths. And milk jugs can be a less toxic alternative if you have kids making these.
